Work Package - 4, Technical Reports

WP-4 comprises activities on Analysis and diagnosis of the current situation in the cross-border area, and described, as follows:

• Territorial analysis and collecting data for economic, social, environment and infrastructure indicators;
• Diagnostic and identification of major BG-RO - CBA needs and potentials of relevant areas;
• Preparing of SWOT analyses; Identifying needs and subcontracting of specialized services;

Important notice: An important general note for WP4 and WP 5 is faced to the efforts, of establishment the necessary coordination infrastructure, for maintenance the Common reference layer - land cover / land use, thus it is necessary to establish a „Regional Observatory“. It does take general part within the coordinated risk management and territory, as well as preventive strategic analyses and simulation models.
