Work Package - 1, Technical Reports



WP-1 comprises activities on „Management and communication“, categorized as follows:

  1. Management and coordination
    • Elaboration of a management project plan based on the responsibilities of each partner and related detailed action plan of the activities;
    • Management of internal communication in the project team and experts team;
    • Steering Committee meetings and meetings with the representative of each partner with the aim of coordination.
  2. Communication, dissemination and promotion
    • Establishment of the work plan for each partner’s general activities, as well as its requirements depends on its specific activities;
    • Dissemination of project results, that includes elaboration of web-site:  SPATIAL-CBC.EU - in three languages – Bulgarian, Romanian and English, logo of the project, marketing – leaflets, brochures and other publications.
  3. Development of a Regional Brand and Marketing Plan associated with the presentation of the project, advertising strategy and other.
